By using fettiknox.com or buying a beat you accept these terms. FETTI KNOX is operated by Jazz Lee Jones. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

These terms cover the site. What you may actually do with a beat is set by the licence you buy, and the exact wording of that licence is shown to you before payment and attached to your purchase email as a PDF.

That attached agreement is frozen at the moment of sale. If licence terms change later, your existing purchases keep the terms you originally agreed to. Where these terms and your licence agreement conflict, your licence agreement wins.

Unless you buy exclusive rights, Jazz Lee Jones retains ownership of the composition and the master recording. A lease grants you permission to use the beat within the limits of your tier — it does not transfer ownership, and the same beat may be licensed to other artists.

Exclusive rights are different: the beat is removed from the store permanently and is not licensed to anyone else afterwards. Leases sold before that point remain valid.

• Resell, re-license, or redistribute a beat as a beat, loop kit, or sample pack.
• Register a beat with a content-ID or copyright system as your own work.
• Claim authorship of the underlying composition.
• Exceed the limits of your tier — copies, streams, or usage rights.
• Share the private download links or files you receive.

Breaching your licence ends it. The beat stops being licensed to you and any release built on it is unlicensed from that point.

Unless your licence says otherwise, credit Fetti Knox as producer — typically “Prod. Fetti Knox” in the title or credits. It costs you nothing and it is how this works.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Files are delivered immediately on successful payment, by download link on the confirmation page and by email. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, but never for an order already placed.

All sales are final — see the refund policy.

Promotional codes are limited to one use per customer on a first purchase unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. A code must be applied at checkout — it cannot be added to a completed order.

Buying does not require an account. Where accounts exist they are for store administration, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

We aim to keep the store online and the download links working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Beats may be added, repriced, withdrawn, or removed from the store entirely at any time.

None of that affects a licence already sold. When you buy, we record the exact files that purchase delivered, and your download links resolve to those files afterwards. If the beat is later re-uploaded, replaced with a different version, or deleted from the store altogether, you keep the version you paid for — we do not swap it, and we do not delete a file someone has bought.

Your links have no expiry date and can be used as many times as you need. They do, however, depend on this store continuing to operate. Download your files when you buy them and keep your own backup — that is the only copy no one else can affect. If you lose your files, contact us with your order number and we will re-send them.

The site and the music are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a beat is limited to what you paid for that beat. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunities, or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top will change when they are. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. Again: your purchased licences keep the terms they were sold under.
