Refund Policy

Every purchase from FETTI KNOX is final. Because beats are digital files delivered immediately on payment, they cannot be returned, revoked, or un-downloaded. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Preview every beat in full before you buy. The streaming preview is the same recording you receive, and each beat lists its BPM, key, genre and length so you know exactly what you are licensing.

Read the licence tier you are choosing. Each tier states what files you receive and what you are permitted to do with them — the tiers differ, and the cheapest one is not always the one that covers your release. The full terms of each are on the licensing page.

You must enter your legal name and accept the licence terms before checkout opens. That acceptance is recorded with the date and forms your agreement, so please read it rather than clicking through.

This policy covers changes of mind, not broken goods. If a download link fails, a file is corrupt, you were charged twice, or you received the wrong beat, contact us and it will be put right — usually by re-sending the files. Every purchase is also emailed to you with your download links and licence agreement attached, so you have a permanent copy.

Reach out before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback on a delivered digital file is resolved far more slowly than an email, and it does not get your problem fixed any faster.

Nothing here removes rights you have by law. Consumer protection rules differ by country, and some give you rights over digital purchases that a policy cannot override. Where such a right applies to you, it applies regardless of what this page says.

Buying exclusive rights removes that beat from the store permanently and it is not sold again. Because that sale ends our ability to license the beat to anyone else, exclusive purchases are final without exception.
